What these bonus terms cover and who can claim

These bonus terms apply to every promotion, bonus, free spin, cashback offer and loyalty reward we make available at Spinzwin Casino. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where an individual promotion carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these and, if the two conflict, the terms of the specific promotion take priority.

By claiming or accepting a bonus you accept these terms. If you prefer to play with your own funds only, you can decline an offer at the point of claiming, or ask our support team to stop sending you promotional offers.

• You must be 18 or over to hold an account with us and to take part in any promotion.
• Offers are limited to one per person, household, address, shared device, IP address and payment method, unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Your account must be open, in good standing and free of outstanding verification requests when you claim and when you withdraw.
• We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts, so we may ask for proof of identity, address or ownership of a payment method before a bonus is credited or converted.
• Promotions are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or claimed on behalf of someone else.

How a bonus is credited and how wagering is counted

Some offers are credited automatically, others need you to opt in or enter a code in the cashier before you deposit. Where an offer requires a qualifying deposit or a minimum stake, the amounts are shown in the offer terms in your account. A bonus claimed after a deposit has been made cannot be applied retrospectively.

How the main types of offer differ

A deposit match adds promotional funds based on the amount you deposit, up to the cap shown in the offer. Your own funds are normally used first, with bonus funds used once your cash balance is spent. The order in which funds are used is shown in the cashier.

Free spins are issued for named games at a fixed spin value and may be released in daily instalments. Winnings from free spins are usually credited as bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement unless the offer states that they are paid as cash.

Expiry, withdrawals and cancelling a bonus

Fair use of promotions and changes to offers

Promotions are intended for players staking in the ordinary way. Where we see play designed only to secure a guaranteed return from a bonus rather than to play the games, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, and we may withdraw access to future offers.

• Opening or using more than one account, or acting with others to claim the same offer repeatedly.
• Low-risk or hedged betting patterns, including covering opposing outcomes to clear wagering with little exposure.
• Stakes above the maximum bet, or play on excluded games, while a wagering requirement is open.
• Giving inaccurate registration details, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using software, errors or faults in a game to affect results or wagering progress.

We may add, change, suspend or end any promotion, and we may correct an offer that has been published or credited in error. Where a change affects an offer you have already claimed, we will honour the terms that applied when you claimed it unless we are required to act otherwise. Our decision on the application of these bonus terms is final, and if you disagree with it you can raise a complaint under our complaints procedure, which will be looked into and answered in writing.
