These terms apply each time you open an account, add funds, claim an offer or play a game on this site. By completing registration you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them, together with the rules shown in the cashier, the information screens of each game and the terms published with any promotion.
We hold a gaming licence for the games offered here and we verify accounts before withdrawals are paid. Where these terms and the terms of a particular promotion differ, the promotion terms apply to that promotion only.
Changes we may make
We may update these terms, for example to reflect a change in law or in the conditions of our licence, the addition or removal of payment methods or games, or a change in how the site works. The current version is always published on this page and shows the date it took effect.
Where a change affects you materially, we will tell you by e-mail or by a notice shown when you next log in, before the change applies to your account. If you do not accept a change, you may withdraw your available balance, subject to the checks described below, and close your account.
Eligibility and your account with us
You may hold an account only if you are at least 18 years old, acting for yourself and resident in the United Kingdom. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and we will close the account of anyone found to be underage, return stakes where we are able to and treat any winnings as void.
When you register, and for as long as you hold an account, the following conditions apply to you.
- You will give us accurate, complete and current details, and you will update them promptly if anything changes.
- You will hold one account only, in your own name, and you will not open or use an account on behalf of anyone else.
- The funds you deposit are your own money and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- You will keep your username, password and any security details private, and you will not let another person use your account.
- You will tell us straight away if you believe someone else has gained access to your account or your login details have been lost.
- You will use the account for your own entertainment and not for any business, trading or money-transfer purpose.
If we find duplicate accounts, we may close the extra accounts, remove any promotional funds and winnings attached to them and consolidate the remaining balance. An account cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to anyone else.
Verification checks on your account
Before we release your first withdrawal we must confirm who you are, that you are old enough to play and where you live. We may also run checks when you register, when you change your details or at any later point, because we are required to keep this information current.
The documents we usually ask for are set out below.
- Photographic identification that shows your full name and date of birth.
- A recent document that confirms your home address.
- Evidence that the payment method you used belongs to you.
- Any further confirmation we reasonably need in order to match your account to you.
Source of funds and affordability
Where we are required to do so, we may also ask about the source of the money you are gambling with and about your circumstances more generally. While a check is open, we may hold a withdrawal, restrict deposits or limit access to parts of the account, and we will tell you what we still need. If the information is not provided within a reasonable period, we may suspend the account until it is. Documents you send us are handled as described in our privacy policy.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Paying money in and taking it out
The payment methods available to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and the usual processing times are shown in the cashier. Payments must be made from an account or card in your own name. We do not provide credit, and funds held in your account are for play on this site rather than as a deposit-taking service.
Withdrawals are returned to the method you used to deposit wherever that is possible. Where it is not, we will pay to an alternative method in your name. Withdrawal limits and any remaining play requirements are shown in your account.
A withdrawal may stay pending for any of the reasons below.
- Verification or source-of-funds checks are still open on your account.
- The details held on your account have not yet been matched to your documents.
- Wagering attached to an active bonus has not been completed.
- The payment provider is still processing the transfer, and those timings sit outside our control.
- We are making enquiries because we suspect a breach of these terms.
Offers and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, published with it, covering the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the maximum stake allowed while bonus funds are in play, how different games contribute, when the bonus expires and any cap on what can be withdrawn from it. Claiming an offer means accepting those terms as well as these.
We may remove a bonus, void the winnings it produced, or restrict or close an account where we see multiple accounts, players acting together, low-risk or offsetting betting patterns used only to clear wagering, stakes above the stated maximum, or any other attempt to gain an advantage an offer was not intended to give.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
Tools you can use at any time
Your account settings include deposit limits, reality checks and session reminders, short time-outs and self-exclusion for a longer fixed period. A limit you lower applies immediately; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period. Once a self-exclusion is in place we will close the account to play, stop marketing to you and will not reopen it before the period ends.
Free, confidential help is available from GamCare, the National Gambling Helpline and GambleAware. GamStop lets you exclude yourself from every operator licensed in Great Britain in a single step, including this site.
Closing or suspending your account
- You may close your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us. We will pay out any available balance once the usual checks are complete.
- Where an account stays inactive for a long period, we will contact you using the details we hold and handle any remaining balance as set out in these terms.
- We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, give us false information, do not complete verification, misuse promotions, or where we are required to act for legal or licensing reasons.
- If we close an account for a breach, we will return the funds you deposited unless we are prevented from doing so, and we may withhold winnings connected to that breach.
Complaints, our liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
- Contact us on live chat or at support@casinospinzwin.co.uk, with your account details, the date and a short description of what happened.
- We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and come back to you within a reasonable time, asking for more information if we need it.
- We will give you our decision in writing, with the reasons for it.
- If you are not satisfied with that outcome, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service at no cost to you. We will provide the details on request and will co-operate fully with the process.
Our liability
We provide the site with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that access will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own equipment, your internet connection or a display error in a game. Where a game result and the records held on our servers differ, the server records decide the outcome, and an obvious malfunction voids the affected play and any winnings from it. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and if any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
